The caretaker period for the NSW Election commenced on 1 March 2019. Accordingly, no ministerial press releases or related information issued by the Government from 1 March 2019 will be available on this website.

Allegations of serious misconduct

All agencies must notify the Children’s Guardian in writing each time an allegation of sexual misconduct or serious physical assault against a child  or young person in statutory out-of-home care is received. The form below is for agencies to notify the Children’s Guardian of such an allegation.

Where cloud-based technology is being considered, a designated agency should carefully review the requirements of sections 168, 169 and 170 of the Act and Standards 7, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 22.
