eLearning temporarily unavailable
eLearning is temporarily unavailable due to planned maintenance. We expect the eLearning to be back online by 5 pm Thursday 17 January.
Apologies for the inconvenience
Child Safe training has been highlighted by the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse as having an important role to play in keeping kids in institutions safe from abuse and neglect.
To complement our face-to-face training, the NSW Office of the Children’s Guardian has launched a suite of Child Safe eLearning packages.
Topics covered include
- Policies and procedures
- Organisational culture
- Risk management
- Reporting allegations
- Recruitment processes
- The Working With Children Check
The project has been developed with the input of Professor Stephen Smallbone of Griffith University, an expert in understanding and preventing sexual violence and abuse.
