The Carers Register training environment can be used by designated agencies to train staff members in Carers Register functions. Each designated agency has been assigned a Primary Administrator, General User and All Processing profiles. The Primary Administrator and General User profiles can be used to create usernames and passwords for additional users. Any users created in the training environment will be deleted at the start of the following week.
The Carers Register training environment will not be available at these times in 2016 due to systems upgrades*:

The Office of the Children's Guardian has developed an interactive Train the Trainer course to assist agencies to independently deliver training to relevant staff members. The Carers Register training modules are available below.
